Sacramento, California, US, February 13, 2012 -- Sacramento lemon law lawyer Michael R. Vachon, Esq. hereby announces the commencement of Miller v. EZ Auto Solutions, et al., a lawsuit filed on February 3, 2012 in the Sacramento County Superior Court (Case No. 2012-00118426). The defendant in this lawsuit, EZ Auto Solutions, operates the popular California used car-dealerships known as “Paul Blanco” and “EZ Auto Solutions.” The case has been filed and will be litigated in the Gordon D. Schaber Sacramento County Courthouse. In addition to causes of action under the California lemon law, this lawsuit also includes causes of action for violating California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act, unfair competition, negligent misrepresentation, and intentional misrepresentation. |
