The California lemon lawyer’s complaint goes on to allege Paul Blanco has an illegal business practice of selling vehicles to California consumers without disclosing known rental histories and/or accident damage, and seeks an injunction preventing Paul Blanco from engaging in such conduct in the future.

Please note: the Sacramento County Superior Court has not yet ruled that Paul Blanco or EZ Auto Solutions violated the California lemon law or any other applicable laws. As is the case in most lawsuits, the defendant is expected to deny all liability and wrongdoing.
