Breakwater, a private investment firm, is the General Partner of Breakwater Structured Growth Opportunities Fund, LP (the “Fund”), a private investment partnership that provides growth capital to highly promising small businesses.

Avram Miller was a co-founder of Intel Capital and is known for his successful investments in early-stage companies. Miller has been listed several times in the Forbes Midas list of the top 100 venture investors, occupying the number eight position in 2003. USA Today called Miller a “one-man think tank” and “strategic matchmaker.” Miller has served on the boards of numerous public and private technology and entertainment companies, and has advised various financial services firms, including Lazard. After leaving Intel in 1999, Miller set up The Avram Miller Company to advise early stage companies on strategic and financing issues.
